"The Global Group seeks to be a link between the parish and the wider world church scene in a variety of ways. We seek to develop the official links we have with the parishes of:All Saint’s, Ngcobo, South Africa,and St Paul’s Connecticut, USA.
At present we also support the work of: The United Mission to Nepal; The Papua New Guinea Church Partnership; and the Episcopal School , Ramallah, Palestine and Kreativity Ukraine.
The Global Group is also very involved in issues of world justice and peace. It has given strong support to the Fairtrade campaign and some of its members were instrumental in establishing Ellon as a Fairtrade town, the first in NE Scotland. Christian Aid too is an organisation we have been much involved in.
